The Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences (BIMS) is spread across an expansive 25-acre campus, with the main college building covering 12,712 square feet. The institute is equipped with modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities, including an ATM, canteen, computer lab, cultural zone, planning lab, library, medical facilities, and sports grounds. It also features essential teaching and research facilities such as fully-equipped laboratories, museums, an examination hall, auditorium, lecture halls, and a gymnasium.
The college is supported by a dedicated team of over 250 teaching staff, more than 100 non-teaching staff, and around 300 support staff who contribute to the educational, research, and healthcare functions of the institute.
