About Ayurveda
Ayurveda, meaning “Science of Life,” is one of the oldest traditional medical practices in India. It focuses on maintaining balance between mind, body, and soul. The renowned scholar Charaka emphasized Ayurveda’s holistic approach to well-being, emphasizing its principles of diagnosis, therapy, and healing.
Shree Jagadguru Gavisiddheshwar Ayurvedic College Koppal was founded in 1996 by Shree Gavisiddeshwara Vidya Vardhak Trust to fulfill the vision of Peethadhapti Shree Shiv Shantaveer Mahaswamiji. Situated in the east of Koppal, the college is dedicated to providing quality ayurvedic education and healthcare.
